Today's fast-breaking technology demands a generalist overview and one-point responsibility; that is SPAR. Your project is important to us and will merit prioritization and our day-to-day attention. Just as in your business, in architecture it all comes down to relationships. SPAR's philosophy for success is distinguished by the relationships nurtured from recognizing the appropriate methodologies applied to ergonomic planning and environmentally responsible designs to achieve exciting results that are efficient and cost-effective.
SPAR's commitment to maintenance of the buildings that define the illustrious skyline of New York City has founded the standard of services offered to building owners, property managers, real-estate law firms, co-op and condo boards. These services include FISP-projects, capital improvement projects, forensic architecture projects and historic preservation projects.
SPAR Architects is part of a small community of architects that specializes in the restoration of New York’s melting pot of architectural edifices. The art of healing buildings that were around during the civil and world wars, depression, dust bowl, space race and the new generations of technology is vital to preserving the history of our built environment. Below are a collection of projects that required unique solutions to resolve problems to ensure the inhabitants of these buildings are safe and healthy to live and work in.
